Alexandre brings a background in mission-critical enterprise systems to DiligenceWorks, where he serves as Data Protection Officer and leads the company's compliance and AI governance work. His prior experience at Datawise, building data migration and management systems for regulated organisations, and at Type2Solutions gave him direct exposure to the operational reality of handling sensitive data under regulatory scrutiny.
At DiligenceWorks, Alexandre designed and implemented the company's PDPA compliance framework, appointed as DPO under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. He built the operational registers that track consent management, breach response, data subject requests, and data subprocessor oversight. His work extends to the CISO Assistant compliance platform, where he maintains applied controls across PDPA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and UAE Enabling Technologies Guidelines frameworks.
Alexandre also leads AI governance policy design for DiligenceWorks' clients. The AI Policy Builder, which serves regulated firms across VC, wealth management, private credit, and trade finance verticals, reflects his view that AI governance should be specific to the vertical and jurisdiction, not a generic template applied across industries.
Based in Singapore, he handles APAC market development and client support operations.
